    Hot droid

    I recently overclocked my droid to an even higher clock speed than it was before and its been extremely hot lately is this normal?

    with overclocking and use it is normal. and with higher temps come shorter battery life. of course while asleep the phone shouldn't be using that much and therefore it won't be any hotter than normal.

    I'm usin a low v kernel. Should I use a ul voltage kernel then?

    you could try it. if you read enough you'll see that almost everyone has a different preference for kernels, so it's pretty much whatever works for you. just have to keep trying kernels til you find one that's snappy enough for you and has all the features you need. if you try tle ULV kernels and get boot loops then try to LV ones. i've seen ppl post they've had better success with MV kernels. each Droid seems to be different.
