One more dumb PLEASE fix

So I followed these steps and now when i click my phone icon it says this application is not installed? I wanted to install this steelers dialer.

First off are you rooted and do you have root explorer.
If so you just have to copy the file to your sdcard and rename it ot contacts.apk [remove the .zip]. Then copy the file and with root explorer and navigate to your system/app folder. Once there hit the button on the top right that allows you to activeate read and write mode to this portion. Then paste the file in there.
Now Long press on the file and choose permissions then set them like the picture I'll post to this email. Mine is for overclock widget but its the same settings. Once you did this you then reboot your phone and it should be there.

If you are not rooted yet you need to do that first.
If you dont have root explorer I suggest getting it. Otherwise im not sure how to push it with adb from pc but I know it can be done.
