I never tried MyBackup, but I can tell you that Titanium is pretty rockin' for me at least. There was a point where it wouldn't work but the latest updates are perfect and fixed that. I think its great because it's free if you don't mind manually clicking install, next, install... or you can pay for the auto version. I love it because I backup all the apps AND their data. I have a lot of very important app data and wireless networks that I never have to set up over again because of Titanium...

Does the paid version of Titanium ask me to install each and every app. It's a dreadfully annoying task that should be automated in my opinion. If it was a non-root app the behavior would be excusable.

Well, after installing Froyo the first the last time, my unpaid apps didn't come back. All I had was my backup pro. It returned some of my apps but not all of them.

I've since dumped it for Titanium (paid version).

I had a similar experience as hookbill. In my opinion it is no comparison. Titanium donate version all the way.

I have and use both. For me, the UI in MyBackup Pro is easier to use. However, once you understand how Titanium (paid version) works, I feel it is a better tool.
