You don't need either one!!! I had a dream one night and made a great discovery!!

I simply went and made a nandroid backup of CACHE & DATA only. Then I wiped data/factory reset and wiped cache THREE times each and installed sapphire to start. Before rebooting I restored my cache & data backup. Rebooted and voila!!! ALL my apps, bookmarks, texts, gtalk conversations, signin information for websites, EVERYTHING is there I didn't even have to resign into my google account. Then i tried UD 3.0 with the same process. Yep everything is still there. I think it would even save the setup you have on yur launcher but i couldn't tell you becuz i use sweeterhome. I didn't have to reinstall that or load my theme tho so I think it would work (all my widgets, pics and everything were loaded as well). I don't think it would work going from 2.1 to 2.2 but I never tried that. You will need to install a kernel and theme but that's about it. Spread the word!!

EDIT: I'll test this for anyone as long as the rom you tell me to test can be flashed via sprecovery. i won't use rom manager

If on a non chevy rom you have to install his script. It is something he made, so it only comes stock with his rom.
Stock Droid Bionic. Lovin' the 4G.

OG Droid for my son to watch videos on, and not put sticky fingers onto my new phone.

I tried that switching from UD10 to bugless.4 and failed miserably was completely stuck on the Motorola logo and when I did get it on it said my battery was completely dead(it wasn't) and had to redo the whole process... got bugless.4 working but i would've liked to not have to re/dl all my apps

my titanium back up didn't do much said something about "parse" and my data (for example homerun derby 3d) wouldn't work in recovering data or the app (now i have to re-earn all my gear and gold balls which is lameo)

not sure if going from ud10 2.1 to bugless.4 2.2 had any part of the errors but oh well lesson learned lol
