for some reason i cant get rsdlite and
SPR recovery to load on my phone and someone break it down please thanks

Well, you load RSD Lite on your PC (not a Mac) and then you load SPRecovery on your phone while the phone is in Boot loader mode.

well im on a pc running windows 7 64bit i then tried to run rsd lite but the one that i downloaded for somereason wont open so i just delelted it is there a site that i can get the whole program from?

RSD must be opened BEFORE you go into boot-loader already connected via USB.
