Possible to retrieve contacts from a nandroid backup?

Hey guys,

I just rooted my phone to 2.2 Froyo. Unfortunately when I first got my phone I had no idea how android worked so I synced my yahoo account to my phone (IMAP method) and when I had new contacts I added them to that account. When I rooted my phone I made a nandroid backup of everything I had originally including all my contacts. Does anyone know what file in the nandroid folder holds my contacts? And also how I can open it on my computer? Thanks.

are you saying you synced your contacts to your yahoo account?, sign into your gmail account you had to make when you first got the phone your contacts should resync, and if that does not work try signing into your yahoo, it should sync contacts if it has any. last resort is to restore your back up and then sync your contacts to your gmail account then reinstall your froyo.
