help, i think my phone is bricked!!!!

when i tried to downgrade my phone, the rsd said failed, and i left the phone alone when it was on the bootloader screen, and then it turns off. and does not want to turn on

1. Where did you come from (what rom or android version)?
2. Where are you headed? (what rom, stock, etc) and why?
3. What steps were you taking to get there?
4. That will help someone determine the best path for you to take.
5. Meanwhile, plug into the wall charger and make sure the white LED is on where the cord plugs into your phone.
6. Very good chance it is not bricked.

I tried to flash froyo on my phone and something went teribly wrong. Phone was stuck on the android screen. I use my phone for work so I went and purcashed a new one and had it activated. I did didn't give up on old droid. Today I found a very simple link to retun it to out of the box condition and it appeared to work. Are looking to return to stock 2.0.1? If so I can forward the link
