    Exclamation Can you remove the market app?

    I was wondering if i could remove the market app? I removed the browser. now I want to remove the market app. cant find the .apk file for it. Any suggestions?

    im running the moto droid with rooted froyo

    yea.... im wondering the same thing, kinda defeats the purpose of a smartphone doesn't it... if ya can't browse the web or install usefull(some not so usefull) apps.

    +1 on everyone else...I understand removing the browser, say if Dolphin or xScope or whatever is your default, but remove the market?? Really??
