    Manual PRL Change?

    Wondering if anyone has found an easy way to manually change the PRL? (not that *228 option two stuff) Verizon has been trying to push a PRL to me and it hasn't been successful so I downloaded that PRL myself and now I'm trying to figure out how to transfer it to my phone.

    I'm not tech savy so I don't know a lot about flashing phones or any of that. Help would be appreciated as here in central florida there are tons of people in the same boat as myself and I want to be able to help them out.
