    HELP CHANGING MARKET ICON without BETTERCUT

    I'm really not as stupid as this question might entail, but how exactly do i get the market .apk file? I know I need it to change it to .zip and then alter files within it (im basically trying to get rid of the ugly HTC market icon that came with nexbeast for good) but I have absolutely no idea where to get started. I've searched the forums and can't find any useful information. Thanks in advance.

    Read up on Ninja Morph too. It makes it really easy to just swap out one or two images.
