Root help... RSB LITE wont show phone

i started to root my phone i got rsb lite up and running and i get to the boot loader screen and a thing pops up saying new driver software found and i click install driver software and it can't find it, and rsb lite won't show my device, but i can tranfer files to and from my phone on the comoputer, it installed driver software the very first time i plugged it in so why does it say i need to install more? and it kept searchin and searching and it can't find whatever it says it needs, what can i do?

the install new driver software thing pops up on my computer not my phone just to clarify, the boot loader screen stays up on my phone

thats wat i'm going by and rsb lite wont read my phone i get to the part where u hit the (...) button but my phone is not showing and when i start my phone in boot loader it does that install new driver software, it doesnt do that when i start up the phone regularly, is that where i click that 32 bit thing i downloaded?

The drivers you download are an executable, you don't click them.

i havent installed that 32 bit driver file i just downloaded the file to my computer i havent done anything to it
