cant install apps??

well not sure were to post this but im running UD10 rooted right now and i cannot install ANY apps right now. i choose the app i want and it downloads and soon as it has finished downloading it says "Sorry! the application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try agian. Force close to exit." and it exits out any idea what it could be.

settings > applications > manage applications > Market > uninstall updates

Worked for me :)

And no you wont loose any apps.
