Nandroid restore questions/issues

I've got a large amount of applications on my phone -- backed up titanium backup. My phone schizoid out the other day and I had to go back to an other nandroid backup about a week old.

Is there any way I can restore my home screens and ringtones, etc?

I don't think so. Titanium will restore your apps and app data but you'll have to redo your homescreen and ringtones.
