Zeusdroid Desire Alpha HELP!!

i downloaded the desire rom and put it on my droid and now when it comes up it goes to the home screen then restart all over again. so can some please tell me how to fix this and i am running update 2.1 with root

Why are people bothering with this rom the damn phone don't work... that's kinda of important on a phone.

most likely your issues are coming from the fact that this rom is in alpha not even beta yet. did you wipe before install it.

I have also read if your sdcard is not partitioned it will give you issues.

sorry to hear your having problems....its alpha...just wait for it....it freaked on my phone as well....if you want to see what it looks like ...try blended bliss....the phone does work on it ...or at least on my phone it did...its hella fast....and gonna be a really nice rom when all is said and done!....

I started using blendedbliss 2.8.1 which based on Zeusdroid x2. I worked through the instructions in the thread to partition the sd card but needed adb. From there I installed the Zeusdroid alpha. ADB is very important here as I found the cleanest install requires a system format. I've been flipping between this and cm5062 while waiting for the ril in Zeusdroid to be completed.

its nice to see zeus and xdxdaustin...and all them boys working on a rom thats not looking like stock droid stuff
no helix no launcher....no slide left or right....i got that when i bought this phone.....i want mine to not look like a droid but be a droid....isnt that what its all about....takin your phone into a verizon store and hand it to them ...and hear them say wtf...WTF... cause thats what they said at my store.....they thought there stuff was all good they had never heaard of "root"...overclock....or superuser!!!!

Could not agree more. One of my favorite stories a while back was of the person who used dmupdater to root the store phone and put adamz's smoke glass theme on it.
