Mock Location Feature

I was wondering if anyone knows how to Mock a Location so that you can trick a installed app to think you are somewhere else via the gps. Any ideas Thank

AHhhh Yea something like that. I wish the dev had a trick for android 2.1 roms. Sorry should have posted what I was running Droid 2.1 CM Rom

sorry i just googled it and didn't notice it said 1.5 only after more googling i see that back in 2008 there were lots of devs working on this. i think they all gave up or maybe there's a trick i don't know about. here's something you can look at but i don't know if it will help. perhaps you can go to THAT site and ask about the progress or howto

OR you could just leave your droid where you want her/him to think you are then pick it up on the way home lol.

actually! i got me a throwaway phone to forward my calls to for when i'm working in the garden or at the beach so i dont ruin my droid. you can forward all your calls to that phone lol
