    keyboard for landscape and portrait

    I'm using shapewriter for portrait mode, but I was wondering for a hack that would allow me to use the stock android keyboard (touchscreen) in landscape mode?

    Shapewriter in landscape is lame, and the stock ones better imo.
    Please let me know!

    I always wanted this too but never thought to ask DroidForums

    I use SlideIT Keyboard as default, but I hate the buttons and prefer the default keyboard layout. But I love sliding my fingers to text and email so I have to deal with it.

    Is ShapeWriter even better than SlideIT (which I happen to think is a good, ugly keyboard.)?

    Hmm, I havent tried slideIT. Ill give it a try.

    Yea, i like sliding for portrait mode, but in landscape, i want to use both of my fingers....

    The slideIT has the fullscreen keyboard when in landscape, so that works out...can type w/ it. thanks!
