    With Smoked Glass, how long do you wait for the first boot?

    I've been staring at the Moto logo for about 10 minutes now. Is it stuck?

    2 hours ago I swore off of rooting. Had the phone set to factory. It's like crack cocaine!

    i remember mine was about 2 or 3, its the same for my custom ROM, on the first boot, but if your stuck at the M try reflashing cause somthing probably went wrong, it should just loop the bootanimation not stay at the M logo for the first boot..
    try a simple battery pull as well might help..
