I wanted to go back to stock and someone suggested dmupdater. I downloaded it and ran it. Now my phone will turn on but cuts back off when it gets to the eye. I no longer have sprecovery. Any help would be awesome.

Its called a bootloop, and you should still have SPRecovery installed. Hold X when you power on the phone, and do an advanced nandroid restore, and restore to your previous state.
And if that doesnt work you can restore with the sbf. You arent even close to bricked. Dont sweat it.
I wish it were bootloop. It isn't looping. It just turns off and will not try to come back on until I take the battery out and put it back in. I only have stock recovery
I wouldnt go this route first. It's really a last resort, and if you mess it up, you can truly brick your phone. Start with recovery.
Here is the link for SBF, but make sure you understand the risks. If you're in a bootloop, then you really dont have a problem. Just get into recovery and do a restore. Unroot/Unbrick your phone using .sbf
before you do sbf, try putting battery in hold x while you power on. You should be able to restore from back up.
-take control of your nexus experience: Make the Vzw Galaxy nexus your Galaxy Nexus. Fastboot oem unlock (to find out how ask a rescue squad member).
Here's a walkthrough for the sbf. Unroot/Unbrick your phone using .sbf
Before you try this, was your battery low when you flashed droidmod? If so let it charge til light goes off then do a battery pull for at least 10-30 sec and see if that gets you going.
i only have stock system recovery. My options are: reboot system now, apply sdcard:update.zip, wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition
