Ultimate Droid 7.8 Please Help!!

I have been running the ultimate droid v7.8 without any issues.
So today i try to back it up using the SPRecovery.
here is what i am doing step by step:
-boot droid to sprecovery
-choose Backup/Restore
-choose Advanced Nandroid Backup
-choose Set Backup Name
now, do i need to select all : BOOT/CACHE/DATA/MISC/RECOVERY and SYSTEM or should i leave as it is : BOOT/DATA/SYSTEM?
after i tried both (selected all or only boot/data/system) i get stuck at "Dumping data.rar" it stay there forever, i waited about a hour and a half

Any input would be much appreciated!!

Hmm. Dumping data can take a while, but half an hour? I don't think so.

Could be your SD card is corrupt.

Try asking this question on the Ultimate Droid list. I have not seen a problem like this before.
