    regarding temp.

    soo im runningg bb. v0.8 andd chevy's 1.25 ghz overclock 10 slots and i was wondering about what the average temp should be, dont really run to many apps andd i just wanna know as a precaution andd right now im overclocked on 1 ghz

    there are tons of thread on this very same topic. anyway, try to keep it under 50c, but a few degrees warmer won't kill it.

    Depending on which dev you ask the 'max' temp varies from high 60C to 100C (depending on what spec sheet they read). Averages very WIDELY between people even on the same kernels and OC rates. No need to worry to much. I've yet see anyone get 'too hot' and several people routinely run high 50's and low 60C's. Unless you see a drop in performance or random restarts don't be concerned or OCD. I don't even run TempMonitor anymore, just a waste of resources unless you think you're running hotter than normal (e.g. the phone 'feels' hotter than normal, and normal can be very warm).
