DroidMod V1.0 question

DriodMod V1.0 is out and can be downloaded here (no news, I'm sure)
DroidMod v1.0 is out - DroidMod

I have rooted my phone to SholesMod 154(2.0.5). I would like to apply DroidMod V1.0 but I cannot find clear instructions.

First I have a question, can I apply DroidMod V1.0 to my phone without returning it to stock?

Second: I have downloaded droidmod-164-1.0.rom.tgz and I am ready "to go" But I would like a few instructions. I am spoiled, SM Update made it so easy.

Any help would be appreciated.

DMupdater won't let you go wrong. It should give you a selection of what you can do which would be to go to Droidmod 1.0 or return to stock. Just hit Droidmod 1.0 go through the menus just like Sholesmod and flash.
