    [bootanimation] Cyborg creation

    Hey, I wanted to share a boot animation I just threw together. It's full screen, but not too heavy on the size (about 4MB). I didn't create the rendered graphics (props to anyone who knows the source), I just ripped, formatted, and stuck the droid logo on it. Looks great as a full screen boot image, and runs well.

    Enjoy.

    UPDATE:
    Higher resolution version now available. 12MB, looks beautiful in higher res and loads as smoothly as previous version, thanks for the feedback. Too big to be uploaded here, so here's the link:

    well, tried it. like it, but it's too small. it distorts on the screen. i hope you can fix it to look as good as it does in the gif you posted...

    no.

    you put it in your tools folder in the sdk and all you type in adb is

    adb push bootanimation.zip /data/local

    and it's WAY too small. its only 120x180 stretching to a 850x480 or whatever our screen is..

    Or the easy way is to use rootexplorer and just copy/paste the bootanimation.zip into your data/local folder.
