Gallery with Pinch to Zoom Not Installing

I am having trouble installing the 3D gallery with pinch to zoom.

I previously had the 3D gallery without pinch to zoom from the old 2.1 app pack.

I uninstalled my old gallery using terminal emulator (renamed it), but when I go to install the new one, both through astro and regularly, I get "application not installed" after the package installs instead of "application installed", why???

Please help.

Try these commands in terminal on your phone:


open terminal type

su
mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
busybox cp -R /sdcard/Whatevertheappisnamed.apk /system/app
mount -o ro,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
sync
reboot

i had that problem too, i uninstalled the original gallery using terminal commands
then i moved the new gallery to /system/app using adb commands
and installed it from there through Root Explorer
