02-24-2010 04:36 PMI rooted my phone last weekend.
Rooted>installed SetCPU>then did a Nandroid backup> then installed BB.
I rooted my wife's phone last night.
Rooted>then did a Nandroid backup> then installed BB> and then installed SetCPU.
It said that I did not have root access and it was read only. So I restored the Nandroid backup, then ran SetCPU. Got it setup and then installed BB. Not sure why it couldn't do it within BB because I still had root access. But that did fix it.
