Smoked glass vs. Bugless Beast

Currently running bugless beast...is it worth it to switch to smoked glass?

Just to be straight. There is sholes that has the smoked glass theme that comes from Adamz ROM. So there maybe a difference and hence the question. Maybe it should be which is better Smoked Glass (by Adamz), Sholes, or BB. I personally wouldn't know since I have only used Smoked Glass by Adamz and all I got to say is I don't need to look anywhere else.

I like Bugless Beast better. The launcher kept force closing on me in Smoked Glass. If the launcher didn't fc I might switch back. Anyone else have this problem?

I don't use the launcher in Smoked Glass, I don't use the Home screen either (Home++). Loaded up Smoked Glass 4.1 just now, with the Taz kernel for TempMonitor app that reads CPU temps.

Loving it so far.

FYI, Bugless Beast 7.5 released also has the Taz kernel for CPU temps, so it's just a preference whether to go with Smoked Glass or Bugless Beast ROMs.

Once I renamed Launcher2 to :Launcher2.bak and never had to worry about it's FCs, SG4.0 has been UNBELIEVABLE!

I agree with this person. I find the real smoked rom from adamz to be superior to both sholes and bb. Super fast silky smooth, zero fc's for me but i use the 2.0.1 app tray so that might help. add in a taz kernel..... hands down winner I'd say. Most people having errors probably didn't follow instructions and format system or restore correctly.

I had this problem all the time and that was the only reason I switched to it. I just put the new version (02/10/10) and I've only got one FC from a couple hours of having it on my phone. Looks like it has been improved.

I've always used Smoked Glass because of the theme. Can I ask what the difference is between the two besides the theme? They both seem to have the almost the same features
