Change progress bar Colors???

Ok so ive searched.... ive read countless posts... and all lead nowhere..

I know that it has been done, there are a few themes showing this... but nowhere does anyone tell how to do it.
Im looking for some instruction or even a where to look... to change the Progress Bar colors. this includes the Volume Bar, The broswer Progress Bar, and any other YELLOW progress bars. I understand that these are controlled by XML files, not by png or .9.png files. So any help on which files they are and what/how they need be edited would be greatly appreciated .......

Drukan you may have missed my post you need to go to framework-res apk convert to zip so you can extract files.....
then extract the res/drawable/progress_horizontal.xml once you have this
google AXMLPRINTER2 download and run it from command prompt change directory to
C:\whatever directory axmlprinter.jar is in
then place the progress_horizontal.xml in same folder as axlprinter2.jar
run the following
-jar AXMLPrinter2.jar progress_horizontal.xml > progress_horizontal.txt

you will now have a txt file in the folder now look for the color codes in there i believe there are 6 or so in there.
NOW YOU CANNOT CONVERT THIS TXT TO XML!
you need to find the color codes and make note of the ones you want to change in the txt now you must use hexedit program to hex the xml
for hell of it lets say the color code is 00ff33 (im just making reference) when you search the hex you are searching for the opposite instead of 00ff33 you need to search for 33ff00 and now you take your color code you want lets say its 123456 you would enter 654321 then save file reinsert the xml into your apk....thats how mine was done. pain in the ass but works

Tdawg, you rock... Got it to work first time... Oddly when i replaced my framework-res.apk, i lost all my google account snyc, had to re-enter that, and had to *228...

I did notice aswell... that file changes all the progress bars aswell as the lil green bars in the calendar BUT only in landscape. In portrait my calandar bars are still Green..
When you changed yours, did u happen to notice this ?
