    The instructions are there.
    It is done with a computer. Read about ADB Shell on Android OS.

    Not sure what you missing... the commands are all there. Not to sound like an a$$ but if you don't understand that simple code you REALLY need to take a few steps back and learn the basics before you cause yourself some real trouble...

    when i type
    busybox cp /sdcard/home++launcher.apk /system/app/...i get...
    "no such file or directory"...maybe because i only have busybox on my phone from droidroothelper?

    You would do this on your computer and simply rename the file from .zip to .apk.

    Are you doing it from a computer with adb shell?

    If so are you mounting the sdcard and system first?

    Adb shell
    mount system
    Mount sdcard

    Then run command. Like it was said before, not to sound like an arse, but you should really learn how to use adb shell before running anything. Also, good practice is to make an nandroid backup of your phone before proceeding.
