    install sprecovery (search the forum), make a back up of the phone, download the nandroid version of bugless beast and put that into your nandroid folder on the sdcard. Reboot phone into recovery mode and do a restore to that file.. Good luck..

    So I got the program installed how do I launch it. Its not in home switcher

    i suggest doing a thorough reading on all topics related to flashing roms before you take the plunge..
