So I downloaded sholesmod but it was far too buggy so I went back to 2.01. My question is once you root and go back to stock is your warranty still voided? Anyway for Verizon to know?

If you tried Sholesmod update that came today - it's working Flawlessly for me.
After you unroot and get the Verizon apps back and don't have super user in your apps.

Once you're unrooted then yeah your warranty is in the good.....
But assuming what hookbill said is true, then you're gonna have to do some more steps to unroot rather than just picking the option in SMupdater
