    Talking droid now has multi touch map

    Today the droid now has the multi touch google maps. It works great and check out the new labs its very nice. Just download and put it on the droid. To get it go to droid-life.com its on the main page.

    yeah....i think that littel app breaks weather.com's radar map...can't use weather.com's app since putting it on my droid.

    GPS and everything is working on mine but I'm on BB .7.4. Note some people on BB were having problems but the chef (Pete) has released an update to fix it. The new Nav has a "night-time" mode as well.

    Sorry had to vote 'no' only because there are SEVERAL threads to this already...

    If you're running stock you have to d/l it from online from Google. Go to Googles 'mobile apps' site on your phone and select the latest package (though I haven't looked so it might not be up yet).

    If you are running bugless 7.4 and are having issues with maps including weather maps you need to swap out your com.Google.android.maps.jar file with an older one. You can get the files in the same forum you get the bugless rom. Check on page 111 or somewhere around there for some people talking about it. I used adb push to swap them and I no longer have any map issues. My main issues were force closing in weather bug or weather channel when opening the maps. No longer an issue.
