Nandroid Question

Ok so let's say I do a nanroid advanced backup and check all the options to backup. I then break my phone a few days later and get a brand new one from Verizon and do a restore using the backup I made. Will there be any differences between the new phone vs. the old one? or will they look exactly the same? (by exact I mean little things too like wallpaper, icons on homescreens, settings in apps, etc.)
