Motorola Droid rooted but the ROMS don't work, help me.

Hi, I have a Motorla Droid I already rooted it, using RSD Lite and the .sbf file "recovery-clockwork-2.5.0.1-sholes.sbf" downloaded here: http://cmw.22aaf3.com/sholes/recover...0.1-sholes.sbf.

Then I reboot on ClockworkMOD Recovery v2.5.0.1 pressing the "x" key and power button, then I do backup, once the backup it's
done I run "wipe data/factory reset" and "wipe cache partiton". Once it's done I go to "instal zip from sdcard" and open it.

The .zip ROMs are already in my sdcard , then I go to "choose zip from sdcard" and open it the I select the ROM which is "pete_sholes_08-30-11" downloaded here:http://wonderly.com/bb/DROID/ROM/GIN...s_08-30-11.zip

I also try with "GIngerbread AOSP" by Peter Alfonso and didn't work also with "update-cm-7.2.0-RC1-sholes-signed.zip " by Cyanogen and didn't work either.

Once the installation is done I reboot the phone and first the M appears, then the OS became to load apears the android letters and in the case of Gingerbread ROM appears the red light and it's moving, and on the Cyanogen ROM appear the android logo with a skate board and the arrow, also moving. Then it just stays there, I left it for about 10 minutes and nothing happens. I try it also using SPRecovery instead of Clockwork.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I hope someone can help me on this.

Did you wipe before flashing the rom? If not, I'd wipe everything & reflash the rom.
Tapped from a Galaxy Nexus using Xparent
