help, hopefully 3 quick questions. just rooted now...(noob alert) DG2

1. i just rooted my DROID 2 GLOBAL yesterday and i have been running CM7 on it, love it but still curious on whats out there, so i was checking into MIUI and i have it downloaded on my computer but when i plug my phone in to my computer it doesnt recognize it, if the screen is black when i plug it in it will take me to the lock screen, but from then on it wont. so can i just download the file from the internet to my phone then? i went to rommaster and the link but it wont work for my phone, but it will for my computer (so maybe another link?)

2. when i rooted my phone my dumba$$ left a 2gb sd in when i had a perfectly fine 8gb ready togo, what the easiest way to switch these out so i can have more memory, but still continue to run custom roms (obviously) ?

P.S. i have rommanager (premium), titanium backup (pro), Droid 2 Bootstraper recovery (pro)

1. I've never really liked rom managers. I would just use your bootstrap recovery to flash roms. As far as the usb cable, are you using the stock cable? Sometimes aftermarket cables or cables from other manufacturers don't work for some reason. Anyway, just download whatever rom you like and put it on the root of your sd card (not in a folder). Use your bootstrapper to do a reboot to the bootstrapped recovery. I always recommend that you do a factory reset when changing roms. So do your factory reset, then go to "install zip from sd card". Then go to "choose zip from sd card". Select your rom and it will flash it for you. After its done, reboot and you should be ready to go. If your phone boot loops, try going in and doing a few factory resets back to back then reboot. Just a note. I really like the cm roms. I've never been a miui fan.

2. This is pretty simply. Put your 2g card in a card reader and copy everything to a folder. Then pop the 8g card in and format it. Then copy all of the stuff from the folder with the 2g data into the new card. Put it in your phone and everything will work the same as before.
