How to switch from bugless beast to Smoked Glass?

i have bugless beast wondering if its possible to get smoked glass rom?

I have Beast too and you can switch between roms with nandroid. I tried both and seems to me that Beast is a bit smoother.

I have the beast with the glass metamorph. This has been working the best for me.

I personally would restore the phone to factory settings when switching from beast to glass although its safer the other way around. Beast is better i think though
