What is this whole rooting thing I keep hearing about? Is it worth it? Should I do it? Anything else I should know about?

There is definitely a lot to consider when rooting your phone. Above all else being that the decision is yours and yours alone so be sure you do plenty of research before making the dive, if you should decide to.
