    Okay you know when you start your phone up it will say your provider you can simply change your startup i changed it to Halo 3 icon instead of metropcs.

    Changes your boot animation. Is root required? assuming so.
    I cant even find it in the market to check...

    Look up Boot Animation Changer (Boot Lite) it locates and changes boot animation quickly.

    You can change it manually fast also with a Root File Browser.

    Yes, but you see it has a lot of good boot up options, It is quicker you can just download and install.

    Bac lite is a boot animation changer, go to market and search Boot Animation Bac Lite. Try it out it's free.

    Check out bootranimations. Its in the market for a dollar. I loved it on my og but it needs updated for the newer phones like my bionic. It changes the boot animation every time you reboot the phone. You can also add any boot animation to the folder on the sdcard and it will randomly choose one to use each time.
