    How would I bypass the Wi-Fi block "to enable tethering go to att.com" on my HTC vivd

    I have a rooted htc Vivid and want to gain access of Wi-Fi hot spot. After rooting I still get the to enable tethering on this device, go to att.com or dial 611. I was told that after tethering i would be able to use this feature. what will it take to complete this? Thanks, Gary
