Droid X Only Showing As "Motorla USB Flash Interface"
I am trying to .sbf my Droid X using RSD Lite. When I tried to flash my phone to CM7 it stuck me in bootlloop. Currently I am just trying to resurrect my DX from what would appear to me the grave. I have tried installing the lastest of the Motorola drivers, and using Chevyno1's ABD, and just RSD Lite, none will recognize my phone. Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried different usb ports? Also, sometimes it helps to reboot the computer and try again.

Are you a member over at DXF also? They might have some more options. Have you tried 1KDS's method? Everyone who has swears by it.
Hang on a second. Is this your first rom flash? If so, sometimes if you get stuck in a bootloop, then pull the battery, replace, go to stock recovery, and wipe from there. That will straighten it out most of the time.

What does it say in rsd lite?
What version are you using?
And your phone is in bootloader mode correct?
Are you using the stock moto cable?
And the link for 1kds's method us in me signature under the Linux method ... And it is extremely simple

Yes Yes and Yes.
I have tried installing the Linux program that you're talking about, but my computer wont get it to work. I have even tried virtual box's (wont install ubuntu) and changing my own ubumtu system, still will not work.
