    Root android on 2.3.1???? Help

    Verison 2.3.1

    Kernel 2.6.32.27

    Firmware 2.2

    How in the heck do i root can i use easy root for the x?

    Can i root to. 340?

    Please help sooo slow

    Not sure what phone..the x? Right? If so, and your running froyo 2.2 the easiest way is z4root. Download it. Hit permanent root. I would reboot if it doesn't work the first time. Usually works the second. You can find the app by Googling it. I think amazon market has it. Or Googling it will take you there. Peace! Hope this helped. If you decide to take the update to gingerbread I would use the Pete's D3 one click.

    Sorry but that's not a familiar device .. Have heard about them. Decent for the price for sure. I just have no knowledge of their software or development. There may be someone around here that possibly would know. I just can't even find any hacks for it. But I will dive deeper to see what I can find ...peace!
