    I have tried rooting with z4 and gingerbreak but they won't seem to complete the root any suggestions or recommendations on what app I can use to root? Thx

    What Android version are you running? If z4root and GingerBreak didn't work you probably need this: [Root X] D3 1-click Root Method - Works on GB.602 and GB.605

    Are you on gingerbread Android OS 2.3.3 if so Google D3 one click root, that should work for you

    I do not believe so on the gingerbread kernel

    There are some indirect ways but I am not entirely familiar with them


    But even still a computer will be needed

    I cm using a computer now but its a mac. Does anyone know a moto driver I could use with a mac

    You could try using a Windows virtual machine. I'm on my phone right now but if no one else does I'll post instructions when I get home

    What about SBF back to froyo then rooting with Z4 then flashing the AIO 605 prerooted
