Trying to root phone with no internet

So I am looking for help. Ia there anyway I cam root my phone from my phone with no internet I have a computer just no internet at the moment if anyone knows a way please let me know I would appreciate

I am assuming you are running Gingerbread (the most recent OTA updates are). Pretty sure for this you need to root using a computer. IF you are able to download things on your phone then download the files/programs you need and move them to your computer if you can.

Get a stick or blank CD and go to your local library, download and save the files you need. Install them on computer at home and then do your work.

If your SD card is large enough you could try downloading the required files to SD card over 3G and then transferring them to your computer via USB.
