How to decline update?

    How to decline update?

    Keep getting spammed on my phone to update to 2.3.4. I dont want to since I'm rooted. How to decline this?

    under notifications it says system update available. When I select that it brings me to a System Update page where I only have one option, "Restart and Install"

    I get a popup sometimes soon where I can choose to either Install now or Install later. No option to not install
