once again, weve got a bricked droid x

hey guys. im sure its been covered a thousand times but what the hell. i was running fission 2.6.1 and tried to install a rom. long story short, i have a dreaded paper weight. i tried to reflash with RSD lite and put the software back on my phone BUT once i reflash it gives me a black screen that says:

    Bootloader
    30.04

    battery ok
    ok to program
    transfer mode:
    usb

thats all im getting out of my phone now. if someone could help direct me towards a solution i would really appreciate it. thanks in advance!

Sorry just want to make sure I understand what is happening completely. When you try to boot up, it automatically puts you back to the bootloader screen? Or is that the only screen you can get it to other then the looping M logo?

Very strange indeed. And have you tried pulling the battery or booting into stock recovery? Also, what .sbf are you trying to use, would you be able to copy and paste the name/info for me?

Ok well after you flashed the .sbf did you wipe data and cache from Stock recovery? Boot looping after flashing a .sbf is actually pretty common to the point where it normally happens.

If you still haven't got it, it may be a bad download. Or you could try a froyo sbf. What kernel were you using? This is not a big problem, no worries. The biggest thing would be if your battery died.
