    phone no longer rooted! help!

    i have a droid x2 and i was running v2.3.3 when i was rooted and i tryed to use my tethering and it says i dont have the su? is my phone rooted? i did recently update to v 2.3.4 on accadent not knowing it would unroot my phone. ive tryed to root my phone 3 other times and still nothing its acks like my phone is rooted but cant use tethering can someone please help me?!

    I know even rooted there are issues with tethering on gingerbread (2.3.x). Were you using the one-click method to attempt to root it or another method?
