I need to unroot DROID fully

Hi, can anyone help me unroot my Motorola DROID?
my touch screen is broken in some parts and i need to send it into warranty. i just wanted to make sure it was unrooted before i sent it in to eliminate any potential of voiding my warranty.

i am running Ultimate Droid 2.5.0 (i was running a lot of different UD roms, but this is the current one i have)
i am also running Android Version 2.2.1

is there any other information you need? i've searched everywhere on how to unroot a phone, but a lot of the videos are a year old, and i wasnt sure if they're outdated or not. This is the video i was looking at: . can i still follow the steps in this video to unroot?
