    Formatted SD Card by accident

    I formatted my SD Card. How do I get my phone working again? Do I need to root again?
    Using ClockworkMod, I mounted and then copied from my computer to phone update.zip but when I go to flash cwm does not see it.
    Thanks
    PS I did look before I asked, but can not find an answere on how to recovery from an accidental format of SD card

    Can you still get into your rom? You could try flashing cwr from rom manager.
