Anyone else have this issue?

I called a friends pone the otherday and I got voicemail, it promted me to press one to leave a message, 2 to sned a page etc. Each time I pressed 1 it was never recongnized by the automated system, kept saying are you still there, I then tried pressing 2 to see if tht might work but it did not.

Was curious if others used their touch tone to activate any call center prompts etc.

I've had no issues with that area.

Check the DTMF tone settings. Under Settings --> Call Settings --> DTMF Tones choose "Long". Some systems need longer tones to recognize a key press.
