Playing Super Nintendo ROMS on Droid.

Okay, so I've heard about playing roms on the droid; I just haven't gotten around to figuring it out.
Before you say, I've searched the forums and found a message about this, but I'm having difficulty doing this part here:
After I get my rom from freeroms.com, I open up ASTRO file manager and long press the folder that pops up under the download folder right?
After that, I long press it and click, "Extract to this domain?"
Okay, I do so, and two little things come out, one saying freeroms and the other, the game's name and other weird characters.
After that, I open up my SNesoid emulator from my droid, which I already have.
I get to this part, but my Droid won't find the rom.
Then I heard about this app called "Crutch"? I search it in the market, but it isn't there. Maybe this is what I need?
Please help in anyway you can.

Don't extract the ROMS. Just place them somewhere on SD card, then locate them with with your emulator.If it doesn't work for whatever reason, then do a Google search for SNES ROMS and find another site to download from. You may have just downloaded a bad file(s)

1. mount to computer
2. download rom
3. make new folder on sdcard
4. move rom (most likely a zip file) to new folder
5. unmount
6. play

I've had the same problems. I can play ROMs with Nes, but not Snes. I've tried both methods described above, plus more, and no luck with Snes. It sucks cause I would love to play Super Nintendo games as opposed to the regular Nintendo games.

It should be the exact same method that I posted. Works for both SNES and NES. Just make separate folders.

Or maybe try uninstalling your emulator and then reinstalling it? Not really sure what to do further than that.

I am actually playing Donkey Kong Country on my SNESroid emulator right now. Just download that emulator (there is a lite version or a full version...the lite just makes it so you can't save your games and reload them). Now in the emulator, you can search for roms, but for some reason the roms either don't download or play right when i try it from my phone. Its the same for my friends Droid as well.

So what i do is search for the roms on my computer and download them to my computer. Then i mount my phone's sd card to the computer and copy the download to a folder you made on the sd card. Don't do anything to the download. Yes it is a zip file, but don't go extracting it because the emulator needs the roms to be a zip file to play. Then once its copied over, unmount your sd card from the computer and go to to emulator and press load rom. Then search for the directory on your sd card where you put the downloaded rom and you should be good to go.

Using ROMS works the exact same way for NES and SNES. Download it and open it with the emulator.

Okay, I'm now trying the computer method.
I've got my roms already, and have made a folder called roms on the SD card and within this one, one called SNES. (Got this from a vid on youtube.)
Okay, then I tried putting the whole zip file on the folder, tried uploading it on Droid and it shows a black screen, but then takes me to the home screen shortly after.
Then I extracted the zip files from my computer onto my droid and it saves as an .sfc file. (I don't know what this means, but someone might know..) and tried reuploading it and it does the same thing.

Make sure the rom files you have are .smc
