Trying to revert back to stock, no su/busybox ect, crazy errors
Im following the guide of howto go back to stock with no root/busybox ect, i did it once before and it worked great, then i flashed a new rom and now i wanna go back again, when i try to open a adb shell i get this error:
Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
(C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.
C:\Documents and Settings\Rich>cd c:\android\tools
C:\android\tools>adb shell
touch: /sdcard/.bashrc: Read-only file system
←[01m[←[01;31mroot@droid←[01;37m]←[01;34m / #←[00m
I need to be able to shell to flash the recovery and boot img as well as remove busybox.
so right now im stuck with a half 2.0.1 half sholes 1.0.1 lol

Someone posted a command that will turn all that gibberish into something readable and usable but for the life of me I don't remember what it was. Someone will come along with it. Once it's entered you should be able to use adb shell normally I believe.

Alright since no one else posted I went and found it:

Try that.

The only error I see you are getting is the sdcard error...looks like either your sdcard is still mounted to your computer, or you unmounted but then did the adb a little too soon before the phone could remount the sdcard...the last line is DOS's inability to handle the colorizing of the bash prompt. It will not have any effect on commands you need to enter...it will just make it a PITA to look at. The export that vpshockwave posted will indeed clean it up.
