Android Apps to PC Emulator?

Got a brief question for all you Droid 1 enthusiasts out there.

Is it a possibility for me to be able to play some of my Games that i have on my Droid 1 (tapfish, etc...) phone on my Windows 7 PC?

Also, will i be able to run the app and maintain my already saved games stored on the phone?

I'm assuming i'd need some sort of Android Emulator which i've found but haven't DL'd yet.
